To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
